Delicious guilt-free chocolate mousse

We all need a treat right now and a delicious and guilt-free chocolate mousse ticks all the boxes. This nutrient packed dessert will give you a little energy and mood boost, which many of us need at the moment. It takes minutes to make AND is packed with nutrients, fibre and antioxidants.

It’s the easiest (and healthiest) chocolate mousse you’ll ever make and I highly recommend giving it a try when you feel in need of a pick-me-up 🙂

For each person
1 small ripe banana
1 small avocado
1 dessert spoon of raw cacao powder
Blend everything together and add more cacao if you want it more chocolatey. You can also add a little bit of maple syrup if you want it a bit sweeter.
Serve with coconut yogurt and strawberries 🍓
